    Petra Kaiser is an executive assistant to the management and her activities include supporting the management in the field of acquisition and human resources. As a certified quality manager she is also responsible for the strategic quality management, implementing quality standards according to DIN ISO 9001: 2015 as well as digitalisation within change management.

    Prior to her employment at GIPAM, Petra Kaiser was an assistant to CM Immobilienmanagement GmbH, Acrest Centermanagement GmbH and mfi management für immobilien AG, where she acquired extensive expertise in the area of support for owner companies, portfolio properties, tenant support and customer service in the field of shopping center management. Furthermore, she has extensive professional experience in the retail sector through her long-term professional work for SuperBioMarkt AG.

    Since 2008 as an assistant in the real estate industry. Certified Quality Manager QM-TÜV.
